Yes. PromoTracker is currently a native macOS desktop application. A Windows version is planned in the roadmap.
Yes. You can create unlimited artist profiles, each with their own releases, contacts, and media database. Perfect for managers, bookers, and independent labels.
No. You need to export your data from each platform (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Deezer), then import it into PromoTracker.
No. All your data is stored locally on your Mac. Nothing is sent to external servers, except when using AI features.
Yes. AI features require your own API keys (Anthropic – Claude or OpenAI – GPT). Video generation uses Shotstack, which offers a free tier of 20 minutes per month (around 80 videos of 15 seconds).
Yes. Simply export your campaign as a CSV file from Groover or SubmitHub, then import it into PromoTracker. The app automatically creates the release and fills your archive and media database.
Yes. PromoTracker is available in both French and English. You can switch languages anytime from the interface.
